Q?What type of repairs do you undertake?
A.

We do most repairs to all laptops, desktops and mac products. Please see our services page to see more.

Q?How long do repairs take?
A.

Most repairs are complete within 1-3 business days. Some repairs, such as laptop screens can be done same day if we have the replacement part in stock, please call to find out more.

Q?What form of payment do you accept?
A.

We currently accept cash and card payments. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

Q?Do you offer no fix no fee?
A.

Yes we do, for residential and business. This applies if we cannot find the problem then there is no charge. But if you decided not to go ahead with the repair a diagnostic fee of £10.00 for our time is charged, if you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.

Q?Is my data safe when you have my computer?
A.

We always do our best to protect our customers data. if you have any important data on there let us know when you bring your machine in for repair and we can back it up before we do any work on the machine.

With some repairs the hard drive may have failed, if this is the case we always attempt to recover data however it is not always possible. Please see our Terms of service

Q?Do I need to book a repair?
A.

No, just pop into the shop with your machine and we will get to work on it straight away. If any parts need to be ordered in you can leave a deposit and take the computer back with you until the parts arrive if you wish.

Q?Do you offer home vists?
A.

Yes. we can collect your machine from you or we can do a lot of repairs at your home if you wish. Just give us a call and we can arrange this with you.

Q?Do you repair tablets and smart phones?
A.

We can repair iPads and Nexus tablets however we do not do repairs on smart phones.
